Our Services
Our business activities include the supply of products and services to the Oil and Gas, Petro Chemicals, Industrial and Municipal Industries. We specialize in the internal corrosion control of pipelines. The areas the company is most active in are outlined below with a brief description of each.
INSITU CLEANING AND COATING: Existing pipelines are cleaned to required NACE specs and are coated with a 2 part epoxy coating. The system is applied with air pressure and specialized pigs, offering a corrosion resistant surface upon completion. Coating is also used to extend the life of new pipelines.
INHIBITING AND CHEMICAL BATCHING: Pipeline is cleaned to the required specification and inhibited to control corrosion when insitu coating is not required or cost effective.
CUSTOM AND CONTRACT PIGGING: Crews are provided for specialty pigging operations such as the cleaning of sour lines and/or to return to client regularly to perform routine functions.
PIPELINE DEHYDRATING: This service utilizes portable driers capable of producing dry air to dew points of up to -70 C. This is used primarily for natural gas and CO2 lines.
NITROGEN PURGING: This service provides portable pig launching and receiving stations. The line is pigged to remove all liquid/debris and left with a low pressure nitrogen pac on the system. Primarily done for retrofit and upgrading purposes as well as for pipeline abandonment and suspension.
MUNICIPAL CLEANING AND SWABBING: This division works with towns and cities. Cleaning and coating water main systems restores flow capacity and upgrades water quality.
CLEANING AND INHIBITING OF DOWNHOLE TUBING/DRILL PIPE: Tubing is mechanically cleaned with pigs and then treated with a thin layer of inhibitor. This service leaves the tubing corrosion free as it sits on the pipe racks and/or is transported to the rig site. This eliminates scale build up and lengthens the life of the pipe.
